Every day! Monday through Sunday, from 5 pm - midnight. We are closed on most major holidays.

Last seating is at 11 pm, last call for the kitchen is 11:30, and last call for the bar is 11:45. Guests are welcome to join the bar top after 11 pm as well. 

Yes! Pick one up from our reservation desk. Gift cards aren’t interchangeable between Herbs and Cleaver.

Nope! We are sisters, but not twins. Herbs & Rye strongly emphasizes their cocktail and bar program in a super cozy space, while Cleaver strives to be a more open, well-rounded dining experience for all walks of life to enjoy. We also use higher cuts of meat, finer spirits, and have a larger, more expanded menu compared to the OG spot.

Happy hour is currently all night long, from 5 pm-midnight. This includes select menu items and drinks.

3900 Paradise Road Suite D, Las Vegas, NV. We are located 1.5 miles from the Strip, and 1 mile from the Las Vegas Convention Center. We are on the left side of THE PARK shopping complex, on the bottom floor hallway. Parking is available in both the front and back.

We LOVE hosting private events. Receptions, holiday parties, retirement celebrations, and everything in between (we’ve even hosted a few Sweet 16s!) We have several dining spaces and private rooms to choose from, plus menus can be tailored to suit your needs.
